Katie has completed 90 days with Jon at 8 ONE 8 Fitness, and she is looking great. Since our last post, Katie has lost another 8 pounds for a total of 26 pounds in her first 3 months. She has also lost another 7 inches with the majority of that in her midsection (abdomen), hips and thighs. Its hasn’t always been easy, we have had some setbacks along the way, but Katie has never lost her drive, determination, or belief in herself! Please congratulate her and continue to follow her journey with us! I am proud of you Katie and impressed with your work ethic over the past 90 days!
